Hi! I’m a journalist, copywriter and content producer, motivated by a deep interest in food and sustainability.

My writing has been widely published in print and digital titles including Gourmet Traveller, VICE, The Guardian, Modern Farmer, SBS Food, ABC Online, Griffith Review, Lonely Planet, delicious., The Sydney Morning Herald, Country Style, Broadsheet Sydney, ABC Organic Gardener and The Sunday Telegraph.

As a copywriter and content producer, I’ve worked on projects for Tourism Australia, the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization, Moët Hennessy, Slow Food International, The University of Gastronomic Sciences, Hunter Valley Wine Country Tourism, Fink Hospitality Group and Hardie Grant Media.

Currently, I’m in-house as Head of Content with Marley Spoon Australia, where I lead the creative team and a stable of freelance contributors spanning copywriting, graphic design, photography and videography for the company’s family of subscription brands – Marley Spoon and Dinnerly meal kits plus Chefgood ready meals.

I hold a Masters in Food Culture & Communications from the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Italy, where I was previously based for many years; a Master of Media Practice (Journalism) from the University of Sydney; and am an alumna of the Centre for Sustainability Leadership.
